The Immersive Institute is an organization that facilitates professional and personal growth by creating unique experiences that offer opportunities for leadership development, team building and creativity.  Immersive's beginnings were centered around the sport of outrigger canoeing which offers unique analogies for business and personal growth relating to strategy, culture, leadership, diversity and training techniques.   The challenging conditions, unpredictability and culture of the sport lends itself perfectly to executive management team experiences.  Hawaiian culture is woven into the fabric of the program which also applies psychology and effective leadership practices.
